Life wouldn't be life without struggles and lessons learned. Without needing for something there would never be a desire to want anything. With life comes struggles, trails and tribulations, but what you make of those struggles defines you as a person. How determined are you to get it? To work for it? To keep it? Nothing worth having every comes easy, and with every experience is a lesson. Good or bad there is always a lesson learned, but if you make the same mistake twice what have you really learned? It's not you, it's me...

It's not you, it's me. What does that really mean? Is it a scape gate? Or is it some truth behind it? When someone says this to you, how are you suppose to feel? You put your all into something, thinking and feeling that your building a foundation with someone only for you to find out that the feelings aren't reciprocated on the other end. Its not you = it really is. All the questions start to roll through you head and begins to make you wonder. Is that why you act like that? Is that why you treat me like that? Or are you a coward? It's me = I'm not ready. I'm not ready to be the person I know I am capable of being. I'm not willing to change my selfish ways. I need a cop-out because I can't commit. When it is all said in done, someone will always get hurt and left wondering why. When they say it's not you, it's me, they never really give an explanation, just things they think we want and need to hear. Sometimes though, just sometimes, the truth will always be better. Complicated in some many ways but yet so simple. What you see is what you get. Like it or leave it, I'm here. Loving the person i am and still becoming. Taking inspiration from those around me,and making negatives into positives. They tend to say only GOD can judge but we all have passed judgement on one another. It sounds cliche' but if we all took the time to know someone before pre-judgement a lot of things might be different in this world. You tend to see peoples real colors though, when they are backed up against the wall. Stay true to yourself and what you know to be real because at the end of the day you know your self worth....Giving you a little bit of me, but also sharing what i call truth. i say it but you think it....
